  Possibly, but surely it would only be on $'s paid? I am guessing that if you do 'points + Pay', then you would get 2 or 3 % rebate on the $ amount only. If you did it fully on points, then I am guessing that you would get zero rebate. Always worth a shot.

FYI - last time i booked for 2 pax, i only received cashback for 1 pax, so it might be a limit of 1pax - taxes.

  Andrew here from Cashrewards. There is no limit on cashback per pax. If you contact us or PM me here with a copy of your VA invoice we will see why this occurred and rectify so you get the full cashback entitlement.
