    Does anyone else find H-Wood shoes to be ridiculously uncomfortable, no matter how long you "wear them in" for?

      Can confirm, H-wood shoes are very poor quality.

      And i like a cheap pair of shoes, would not buy again.

      Unless they specify "Leather" in the product descriptor - then the composition will state Synthetic or PU (polyurethane) which are man made products and will never respond to being "worn in" or becoming comfortable like leather does. Whilst they might be cheap it is false economy. Your feet will sweat as they are surrounded in plastic basically and the shoes will get stinky!

          Well it depends whether you want them for the long run or not. They do look decent, but fall apart at the sole pretty quickly. For reference, I used them 3-5 days per week and they lasted almost half a year.

          I owned Oak Mills Samuel shoes for 2 years and it was great, very comfortable.

          I wasnt disappointed at all but each to their own I guess.

          @sol3x: I am also AU7.5 but I ordered 8 and initially the fit was just alright but with a few months of use it fitted slightly loose.

          I personally suggest ordering 7 and see how you go, there is a free return possible which is good.

    Just cancelled my order via phone for two pairs of H-Wood boots. Thought they were leather but they're made from faux cows. 1-2 days to process the refund and 3-5 days for the money to return to my account. So, possible 7 working days until my money is returned. Read more carefully than me when ordering.

      I bought Au 9 in the H-Wood brown shoes. Fit exactly correct (im a US 10, AU 9). The shoes are so much better than I expected, really nice and supple, but other people above have commented with negative experiences, so maybe it varies per model.

      COTD had Clarke's for 69, they also had Rockports a while back. I got my double oak delivered today, looks really good. Sizing is accurate, feels a bit stiff, but should get better after few wears as it's leather

    Wow, This is really good deal, first time buying from iconic, and i must say I'm impressed.

    I got 2 pairs of chino shorts, 1 pair of chinos, and brown shoes for 112. I ordered at 9pm got them at 11am the next morning.
    All sizes as described, fit great, and the chinos are better than my 90$ Country Road ones, and the H-Wood brown leather shoes are way better than I expected, pretty comfy, especially considering other Ozbargainers mentioning negative experiences. But for 30$ i was ok with taking a risk on them.
