I thought Apple had international warranty, so you can take them into the Apple store no problems? Or have I been misinformed. Certainly it's not a deal until after the 10% off.
the price will probably go down after the 10% markup.

They'll probably cover you under their own 1-year warranty, but you don't get your rights under Australian Consumer Law. I guess it's a question if that is worth $49 to you.
Can DicKogan still play the "ACL doesn't apply" game? Lost ~$300AUD to that once, never again.
@voltagex: If they're selling from OS then they sure can play the ACL doesn't apply game. If they're selling from Melbourne/Sydney then no, they can't. The small print says "This Product is offered and supplied by Dick Smith Electronics pursuant to the Terms and Conditions." so I'm guessing that's sold from AU and so subject to the ACL.
But that's only a guess! :/
Apple has international warranty on computers (not sure about ipads) but not on phones.
It depends on the model they repair / replace if same as model the country but not is its a special one eg us carrier specific as they don't keep them or parts in Australia.

iphone 6 64 Gb for $999 which means you can get it for $900 after 10% off.I bought this for my wife 9 months ago on Kogan ebay for $874.
That was eBay's discount, not Kogan's.
Their price for the 6S plus has been jacked above AU RRP anyway, so you'd be buying at what apple would sell it for.
ACCC should be notified about this?
maybe you have checked the AUD these days but it seems to have taken a tumble and Apple's pricing is reflective of currency

Ah, the 64GB SE is $849 at DS vs $829 at Apple.Namely the 6S+ 64Gb variants, Kogan $1439 for rose gold, silver and gold (from the top of my head), and $1499 for the space grey model (64gb)

iPhone se 16gb - $679 from Apple for local stock. $699 for Kogan/DSE for grey stock before 10% discount. Not such a great deal.
