    Everything works foe me! Thanks

  • Sophos Home.. Free for 10 devices.

  • Can this be added onto a current paid licence. Meaning my BD expires is 6 weeks, so would this 90 days be added on when mine expires in 6 weeks?

    • No, the licenses replace existing.

      • doob, I'm in the same situation. I have received the BD email but plan to install the trial in a month's time when my BD expires. Does anyone know if there is an expiration date on installing this trial? Will my plan work?

        • I just got an email saying "your free antivirus - use it or lose it". It doesn't mention any time limit though. So decided to 'waste' the time remaining and install the free 90 days. Uninstalled old one and re-installed BUT it still shows old remaining time (no 90 days). So hasn't worked but will try a few times anyway.

        • @doob: Well uninstalling and reinstalling a few times has not worked. Keeps showing old time remaining. Will have to try when time runs out unless the "use it or lose it" occurs first !!!

  • Got email today saying I have 24 hours left before losing free 90 days.
Can't seem to get the 90 days anyway as old remaining time shows instead.
Tried creating new BD account and once a uninstall/re-install the old remaining time still there …. but….. the 90 days does show under subscription. Clicking on renew still doesn't activate the 90 days.
So maybe, I'll have to wait until old time expires and the click on the renew button.
If that does work it's a waste of time for current BD accounts.

  • Thanks for the heads up doob. I just happened to use a different email for the free 90 days. I wonder if setting up a new BD account with a different email address might help?

    • Good it worked for you. Yeah I did try a new BD account with different email address, and the 90 days does show in it. But can't get it to activate. As when I install BD from that new a/c it keeps 'seeing' the old remaining days. I'm just going to wait until it runs out then try and see if the 90 days works then. If not - well no big deal unfortunately.

  • Link works but cant login to account, seems fail? I can login to my Bitdefender account manually through the normal url at https://my.bitdefender.com/login

the email link will simply not let me login at all, soooo nfi…
