    Galaxy S7 is $1149 https://www.jbhifi.com.au/Search/results/?keywords=galaxy%20…
Galaxy TabPro S is $1799 for the 4G model. Before the discount so it ends up being $1150 https://www.jbhifi.com.au/Search/results/?keywords=galaxy%20…

    • Or $850 for the non 4G Version :)

  • Thats a pretty good full desktop OS tablet. Nicer than the surface by far imho.

I disagree. If you want a good tablet that is occasionally used as a laptop, the Samsung is great. If you want a desktop replacement the m3 processor + 4GB is not going to cut the mustard. Also, no USB ports or video interface on the Samsung is major issue for "office" use.

      • Hmm yeah didn't realise no USB - that is a killer.

        • It takes USB Type C 3.1 If that helps

A $1800, it's poorer than the surface by a long shot.

      I got a 256GB/8GB i7 Surface Pro 3 for $1860 from the MS Store.

Samsung's pricing is out of whack.

  • Resolution is smaller than my 5" phone, and 8.4" tablet.
