I'd highlight the stage 1 and 2 milk offers, which are for babies under one year of age. For children over one year of age, they do need formula as they should be eating a healthy diet of solids. However, one could compare the stage 3 milk price against fresh goats milk, which is a better (but more expensive) product for children of that age.

As for the Nan toddler milk stage 3, I'd rather give my child fresh cows milk.

    • Thanks I will update the post. My kid will be 2 yo in 2 months and I was wondering whether I should go with the NAN or cow's milk. I just did some research and it says cow milk with proper solid food should be fine. So I am going to follow the same.

      • Considering you're not a cow nor a goat - and I assume your child isn't either - you can always just stop feeding them the milk that other lactating mothers (of a completely different species no less) make for their own children, and maybe give your child food and water.

Or if you insist on giving them white fluids loaded with fat and protein there are heaps of plant-milks available.

I guess you don't give your kids cheese or yogurt either… I feel sorry for them…

Clearly a vegan with an agenda.

          @bargain_knight: Clearly.

My agenda is to prevent harm to innocent sentient beings, to minimise the impact our eating has on environmental degradation, and to promote the consensus of credible science when it comes to human nutrition. What's yours?

        • @jv: Actually my kids do have cheese and yogurt, but considering they are human and not bovine we source the ones made from plants rather than those taken from the breasts of mothers who've had their children taken away from them.

        • @thevofa:

mothers who've had their children taken away from them.

Mmmmm… must go buy some veal for dinner tonight !!!

          Thanks for reminding me… :)

I normally have fish of Fridays, but now you've got me hungry, I think I'll bbq some lamb chops tomorrow too…

          that's sad… :(

Clearly you are here to troll rather than discuss the deal…

@jv: No, the deal sucks, because violence towards innocent beings is a bad deal at any price.

          No, the deal isn't too bad, it's 50% off…

How do you know the goats used by Clever Naturals were harmed?
Do you have proof, or do you just like making stuff up ???

@jv: How would you be with me getting someone I chose to mount your wife/mum/daughter (or inseminate her artificially) then take away her kid and pump her milk out till she dries, then repeat again, and again, until she can't lactate like she could when she was younger, then send her off to the slaughterhouse to turn her into dog meat or sausages.

          Not harmful enough for ya?

        • +1

@thevofa: ok judge..it will nice that you stop pushing your agenda now..Let people choose what they want to do. Thanks

        • @thevofa:

          Not harmful enough for ya?

You sound like the type or person that would do that too…

Clearly you had some issues with your childhood. You should see someone…

        • That's enough thanks everyone, this conversation is turning personal.

My agenda is to encourage us to all drink more milk and eat more dairy products, to support the price of dairy products and help our farmers.

I just did some research and it says cow milk

We started our kids off on the Pura Kids milk which has added Omega 3…
Now we just use the A2 brand milk…

We found that sometimes the other milks affected them, especially the home brand ones.

        • +2

We use the same brands of milk for my toddler. She loves both.
I found other brands she didn't tolerate as well. Home brand milk seems to give her a belly ache.
