I find hydralyte very effective at hydration and it is also palatable. It's not the cheapest option, but there are few if any better options. The price is okay I think, its the best that I could find.

Lol i have used about 5 tablets in 2 years (mainly as a hangover help when i remember)
I work and sweat a hell of a lot, so its a good way to keep hydrated. Also, when travelling to humid climates I find it really useful, especially when drinking is involved.
