Is This Laptop Good Value for The Price?

Hello Guys

I need a new laptop, mainly for daily office stuff, surfing internet, dowmloading, watching movies and very light games. I was looking into this on ebay

I am not good with technology so any suggestions or feedback will be much appreciated

Thanks

It's probably overkill for your needs. FHD display is always nice though.

    Consider this instead

If you don't need a heap of storage and are only planning on playing very light games, such as web games, id recommend this.(it also has the 20% off ebay deal)

It's a bit more expensive, but you will get an SSD, which is essentially 6x faster than a conventional hard drive(makes boot and loading times significantly faster), also this one is an all aluminium body, which i would prefer personally over a plastic laptop, as well as only weighing 1.2 kgs (1kg less) and having a completely fan-less design, meaning no noise and no moving parts. Bear in mind it has a smaller screen at 13.3 inches and also has no disk drive, but personally these are worth it for having such a thin and light design with a 10 hour battery life!

Here is a good comparison to the new apple macbook, which is double the price for almost the same specs, with less ports.

I think that the 2nd dell scrimshaw pointed out would be good value if you need more storage and want to play a wider variety of games though.
