    You can't use these ones with a lappy for starters… :) and also heard about better latency on the PCI bus instead of being on the USB. But some hardware engineer can confirm it.

      USB speed is not the bottleneck when come to the Internet speed. It is the NBN and ADSL.

      Maybe this one can handle more concurrent connection/routing without overheating. But that again depended on the capability of the wireless router as well.
