The two packs were normally $10 each and the four packs were $20.
By the way, the two packs are Japanese made and the four packs are made in China so purchase the former if you have the choice.
They are half Masters recommended shelf price

I just bought the envelop Charger Multi Pack from Costco for $39. It includes the charger, 8 x AA batteries and 4 x AAA batteries.

What matters is that they are higher quality than Panasonic made ones (SANYO brand is visible on the photo).
