  • Band 28 and Android 6 is what seems to be missing on most of these Chinese phones ……band 28,FHD, android6 and it would be for people that just want a phone and not tinker with homebrew Roms.

  • Is this good for gifting inlaws who live in india? Would band28 matter their? I want a trouble free fone for them and not have them call me everytime for small small issues. They curently have Huawei 526 which I bought for $150. But thats got lot of complains.

    • Here's the Indian carrier support http://i.imgur.com/ClJ7yUY.png

    • why bothering then

Odd to have problems with G526.. you may have trouble finding a easier to use and more reliable smart phone than that.

Dude just a heads up. "a" is used when it is before non-vowel sounding words i.e. kid, phone etc. A face, a light, a car.
"an" is used when it before a vowel sounding word i.e. an electrician, an octopus, an umbrella.
If the consonant is silent before the vowel "an" is still used. Can't think of any right now but there are heaps.
I'm not attacking you, I just feel the need to educate you. I'm sorry, I know… I know…

        • So sad to be you.. LOL
Can we have a boring lecture on that statement also?

    Is that name pronounced Dodgy?

    • Sounds dodgy to me alright…

    • i just got my DOOGEE phone a couple of days ago, and i have been calling it DODGY cos - u prolly cant see it in the pics, but i can assure you when u have the phone in your hand, on the back the logo truly looks like it says DODGEE

    • Is that name pronounced Dodgy?

      Only if you are illiterate.

oh man the QC, good on paper etc

  • Lmfao at that brand name. Who comes up with this crap

  • I have a Doogee X3, impossible to root.
The specs say it has GPS, but it really only supports A-GPS. The movement sensor(accelerometer) doesn't work well. No gyroscope.

But it does support 2 sims, and sdcard. The more expensive brand names don't often have these.

    Here's a similar one on ebay, US$80…
