  I use them and they are ok/better than average. Their servers do go down now and again but I've never used a VPN thats 100% up.

  I would recommend Tor Guard, I think they are the best of the bunch.

  I have been a member for about a year and only actually used them a couple of times because they don't provide an openvpn US netflix capable server and anyway their servers are so slow they are useless. I ended up just paying for membership to another VPN instead.

  So yeah, they are cheap, but for me they were a complete waste of money.

  My yearly membership of $31.95 for PIA was paid today so i think this is not that great of a deal.
