I just bought one of these for my PS4 HDD upgrade. This is the recommended drive for PS4 and seems like the cheapest price and local store.

Good to know it's all smooth sailing on the install, I got a bunch of games from the US PS store last week and couldn't download half of them due to stock 500gb HDD filling up. Just realised that all those cheap games just cost me an extra $150! lol disaster.
I've got this exact drive in my PS4 (got one as soon as the 2.50 firmware with backup/restore function was available… so, for over a year now). You may hear a rather loud beep or squeal every now and then, but apart from the occasional "peep", it's quiet and fast.
if your not to worried about warranty you could save a bit more cash and buy one of the 2tb seagate back up plus slims from wireless1 at $155 before 20% off then pop the drive from the case and swap back in the 500gb ps4 drive, it's the same drive or it was when I did it last year. here is a YouTube vid pulling apart https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-14cbupb3mE
Bought one of these in December for my PS4, has been going strong since, can't tell if it is faster or slower than the 500GB original drive, but 2TB of space is glorious. Highly recommended
