Hi there, do you need to show proof that you're a Telstra customer when buying the tickets or at the entrance to the expo? Thank you.

  • Yeah same question as above.

  • Is this expired? I'm unable to see 2 for 1 admission

EDIT Disregard, I had to click on the Telstra in order to see it

    • Can you tell me how to find it? I can't see any links for the 2 for 1. Thanks

      • In the tickets section, once you selected the dates, you should see it, or you will probably only see the word Telstra. Clicking on Telstra will expand thr option to show 2 for 1

  • Can't see how to proceed when I choose the date for the Telstra offer?

  • Anyone want to split? (I'm not a Telstra customer), just wondering.
Do the tickets state/show a name on them?, like some tickets can be.

  • I went today, very small, around 25 stalls, mainly VR & drones with demos & some cool 3D printers.

IMHO not worth the $26 entry fee, unless your into said things, but you might like it.

I was tempted to buy a drone tho.

A few stalls selling battery chargers & similar (phones to cars).

TIP: Buy tickets online, they only had 1 booth selling tickets (3 tills & 1 pre purchase), easily waited 15 min in a long line.

I accidentally bought the Sunday Tickets a while back, so if anyone wants two Sunday Tickets for free, PM me. First come first serve.

Also if you want two tickets for $29.44 use this http://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?pp=QSPON&sh=T… it should still be working.

The convention itself was only one big room and all there is is just VR (mostly HTC Vives), drones, 3D printing, audio (there was a Yamaha booth), hoverboard type stuff, two booths selling a bunch of different electronics, some push bikes and a indoor bike track and some cars including a Tesla.

There are a few exceptions that I remember one had some sort of hearing aid for hearing your whole smart home or something like that and another has a booth with a food scanner than can apparently check if meat is safe to eat.

So if you like drones or really want to try out VR (HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Gear VR, Google Cardboard) then you should go.

    • Tickets are gone! (The ones I was giving away, the special should still be on)

Was a complete let down, must have been the tiniest expo on the center ever.

Apart from a few drones and tesla car, nothing of interest.

    • I would say tiniest expo in the world.
