Went to Tasman the other day and stocked up on spinach and ricotta pasta. Was absolutely magic! In a bid to meet OzB word criteria, here's a recipe:
Chop up mushrooms and garlic and sautee on a pan.
add worcestershire sauce and continue to sautee.
Chop up spring onions and add to the same pan.
In a pot boil up some water with vegetable stock and add the pasta. Then tip what was in the pan into the pot and BOOM! Winter warmer! Completely vegetarian also (for those inclined).
