People like me prefer to buy on ebay than Chinese website, it has far more power and protection if anything goes wrong.
Also the conversion fee may vary and it may not end up $1.15 Aud.

It's $1 each, not 12 for $1, plus none of those adaptors are equivalent to the one posted by the OP (an OTG adaptor)
