  Didn't get my order at all. Received an email stating that the two items I ordered had sold out during the sale, and I am subsequently being refunded.

  Although annoying, they have given me a one-time use 50% off code that is valid until Sunday, which is good. But the problem is that the things I wanted are no longer on their website (so at least they were telling the truth when they said they sold out). The code is effectively useless for me.
  I may just do the only thing I can do, which is buy a few other items then sell for a small profit that will equate to 50% of the price of what I want in store.

    To add to the above, where the email stipulated that I could only use the code on full price items, it did not mention anything about gift cards. I punched the code in to test it out and it works.

    I don't suppose anyone want's Sportsco gift cards at a saving?……

      I bought a gift card on 50% discount but today I got this email: "Unfortunately as a gift card is a legal form of tender they cannot be discounted." and they have cancelled the transaction.

  UPDATE: Regarding the missing items from the order, I gave them three business days to reply to my enquiry I sent and there was no attempt made to communicate with me.

  Consequently, I opened a PayPal dispute and explained the situation but the seller has responded and has not agreed to the refund amount for the missing items. The case is now under review by PayPal, hopefully it is decided in my favour… Very bad experience will not purchase from here again.

    I've opened my claim and updated it to dispute, now it is being reviewed by paypal.

  Just received my 2nd order today, order placed on 16th of July (as i got refund for my 1st order after 16 days). i ordered NIKE ZOOM WINFLO 2 in size 9.5, but i received left shoe with size 9.5 and right with size 8.5. Worst ever shopping experience, will never purchase from them again.
