    • are u in snapfish network site or are u in another snapfish site (i.e dicksmith snapfish?)

      I was in dick smith snapfish and it kept saying I had to enter credit card details.

      First login to snapfish.com.au
      then click on "your account"
      then click on "View all Snapfish network credits"
      then click on "snapfishAU"
      then click on "open in new window"

      then order as you did first time around choosing "collage mug".

      then it should work.

      • Yes, I got this email too but got the code in a different email account as you can only claim one mug per household. Check your other email addresses.

  • I claimed this last night last night, and 24 hours later I still haven't received a code even though it seems others who claimed after me received a code.

    I had an existing Snapfish account so if I had missed out because of this, it's a little disappointing as it implies that existing accounts are not as valued as new accounts.

    Oh well =)

    • How do they chose which picture goes where in the collage? What if you only submit one or two pics?

        They don't choose.

        You do.

        You click "Shuffle Pictures" just before you order the Mug. It moves the pictures around randomly.

        If you have 1 pic only, then there is nothing to move around. It just gets centered in the middle of the Mug.

        You click "Next ->" when you are happy & it gets screen-printed onto the mug and sent to you.

    I've already recieved the code, got it credited into my account and I've managed to design and order the mug, but when I get to the stage where I click 'check out' and put in the delivery information it will ask for the promo code again. I put in the promo code again and there comes a message 'we don't recognise your coupon code, please re-type'….

    Is anyone else having the same trouble???

    • Make sure you have selected the right mug.
      I selected the "magic" mug the first time round and it asked for my cc details and promo code, etc.

        I've just managed to re-order the right one(the white mug without the magic colour thingie), and the mug is on its way!!

    Use another, new, email address. Sign up to Hotmail or Yahoo if you have to. Codes are transferrable to anyone and everyone.

    • you must have ordered some photos you have to pay postage for the free photos -just the mug is free delivery

  • Its not as good as the snapfish ones i got a while back. The mug is slightly smaller, and the printing quality is so so. The photo was a bit underexposed, but maybe all mug printers are the same. Do they print in Aus, with a made in china cup, or print in china as well?

    (obviously not complaining, but reviewing it based on its full price), i love how this is the top deal ever!

  • I ordered a mug (white 11 ounces) and added it to my cart.
    I then went to the checkout. I click 'continue' and now I am at step 3- Payment. It asks for my credit card details. Am I doing something wrong?? Have i ordered the wrong mug. I uploaded 15 photos. Will that be the problem? I got my code in the email and I entered it and it said that the credit has been applied to my account. but its not working?? Help!

          • @cazaline: no thats not what I got. When I entered my code, it said the credits had been applied, but when I got to the order, the credit was not there. Then I tried to enter the code again and it said : 'If you've already entered your host name or activation code on a prior visit, there's no need to do so again. Your collage mug and standard shipping credits have already been credited to your account.

            If you believe there's been an error, please contact us.'

            Sorry i dont know how to fix your problem. if i find out anything, ill post it!

              I sent an email to Snapfish ([email protected])and they asked for my account details so that they could fix the problem themselves. They replied to me within a couple of days and when I logged on to Snapfish, the mug and the shipping credit was there. Problem solved. I think it is best to send them the email. But hurry before the offer expires.

  • I had the same error and today got a response from snapfish. They have credited the mug in my account but for the shipping i will need to pay that using my card which they will then return to me if i reply the email they sent me.

    Got my mugs. It works if you order two mugs from 2 separate accounts .with 2 promotion codes!!!! And they made a mistake and gave me a magic mug instead of a normal one!!! No complaints here!!! They delivered both of my mugs to the one address!!!

    Ordering some more for the rest of the family…
