BLUEDIO T3 (Turbine 3rd Gen) Bluetooth 4.1 Headphones with Mic etc $41.24 Shipped @ Bluedio Official eBay Store

160

Hey all,

The recent deal on the Bluedio T3+ was quite popular and I noticed a few people were disappointed they had missed out so I figured I'd ask Bluedio for a new deal for everyone.

The Bluedio T3 are a set of Bluetooth 4.1 headphones that can be used wirelessly or wired. The T3 is identical to the T3+ just without the micro SD slot but you save an extra $8 so I'd say its worth it.

I've personally reviewed these headphones and found them to be excellent for their price. They're bass-centric in terms of sound signature - more Beats than AKG-701s. A few people have said they're heavy but I personally didn't have an issue so YMMV.

Info from the listing:

  • Zn alloy body to ensure quality and texture
  • 57mm titanizing diaphragm for quick response
  • Totally new 3D sound effect
  • Memory foam earmuffs to ensure long-wearing comfort
  • Line-in and line-out playback
  • Foldable design, more convenient and portable

The Black model will be shipped from their Australian Warehouse, whilst the Red and White variants will come from HK so will take longer to arrive.

micro sd slot will be very handy when it comes to long travel. Bluetooth kills the phone battery too fast

    • +3

It's Bluetooth 4.1 so it's actually not bad if you're using a supported smartphones. That said, you can use them wired too - even if their battery is dead.

Micro SD slot is a cool feature though.

      • Hahaha, I read the title as 4.1 Bluetooth headset meaning 4.1 surround sound headset and I was like "Ooooh, this is new; haven't seen a 4.1 headset before…" And then checked out the eBay page and scrolled down to the description and it meant Bluetooth v4.1 and I was like "ohhh…..and here I thought it meant 4.1 surround sound Bluetooth headset." And your comment above also confirms this….hahaha……

    • Unfortunate that your phone has a crappy battery. As for the battery on these headphones, it's phenomenal. I have a pair of Bluedio Hurricane Turbines and I get around 30 hours of use out of a full battery charge over bluetooth. And they sound amazing.

  • Isn't the T3+ the only model with a MicroSD slot?

    • +1

They have other models with a micro SD slot. Often Bluedio do a standard model and a Plus with a micro sD card slot.

The T3 doesn't have it but I personally didn't miss the feature.

  • This is cheap for a wireless headset with decent sound quality but shame about the mic quality.

    • Yeah, I've found this to be a problem with every Bluetooth headphones that I've tried. They have to put the microphone somewhere but it's always too far from your mouth. It's a physics problem more than anything else.

Bought the T3+ in the last sale, then bought a pair of T2+ a week later for my girlfriend who wanted something similar. Gotta say I'm impressed with the quality of my T3+'s. Only complaint is that they are on the heavier side - everything else about them has been great!

I thought a Micro SD slot would be worthwhile, then I realised I don't actually download music files on my PC anymore - it's all done through Spotify. If you're like me and use streaming services, save on the SD Card slot and buy this pair. If the battery on the headphones runs out, just connect it to your device via the aux cable that comes in the box. If your phone battery runs out, buy a powerbank already.

  • Thanks mate, been after a decent cheap pair of wireless headphones for a while

    • Glad it's been helpful!

I'd like to know too. I purchased the Philips ones and they're great - nice and light too.

If these are good I'd consider getting another pair so my wife and I can enjoy films at higher volume without waking the kids at night.

  • hmmm 388gm vs 118gm for the Philips SHB5500BK might be a deal breaker.
