  I can't voucher for the price being a deal (always seems to sit in the USD 1.66-1.83 p/month zone) but I can vouch for the product. Their torrent optimised option allows torrenting with barely any speed drop. Geoblocking works well, have tested it with Indian Starsports & Middle Eastern BeIN Mena. Doesn't work with Netflix.

  Also 12 months for USD 29.95 is actually USD 2.50 a month - the USD 1.66 option is a 24 month deal that costs USD 39.95.

    What's your base connection speed and what are you getting on torrents?

      Just downloaded a 1GB torrent. Speed sat between 5MB/s - 6MB/s. Given it's 6.30pm, that's decent. I am on Telstra cable (speedpack).
