Smartphone HTC-10 64GB Black (Other Colours Available) $928.95 Delivered @ BecexTech

40

I have been looking at buying one of these phones. On my journey through the intrawebs I came across this deal via shopbot. It looks like a grey importer, they claim to have a warranty program and I have read testimonies on whirlpool that leads me to believe its all legit. So JB Hifi and Harvey Norman and co sell the 32GB only (won't carry 64GB) and the 32GB retails for $1099 I have a friend at JB who said he could go me cost on one (32GB only as they don't do 64GB like I said prior) $905 so this is a good deal. They charge $75 shipping which is high for a phone but this is shipping with insurance to anywhere in Australia. Still expensive shipping. I previously bought an S5 through these guys and it turned up, I didn't have any dramas with it so can't substantiate any warranty info.

Let me know how you go!

Good post. Quality deals eBay are selling it for $768 delivered. I trust them more than this mob. I've dealt with quality deals before and they are a good seller.

    • Oh yeah, I might check them out! That does sound like a good deal. Do you think they offer any sort of warranty? I was comparing this with the S7, the only reason I went this way was the S7 only really lead the contest in the camera department, and thats kind of a subjective spec.

      • QD is ok with warranty in OZ.

I've bought from QD before. Warranty is standard for a grey importer. They're a good seller.

Camera is arguably subjective, but most people will go with the S7 over the 10. Battery life and IP68 are also in favour of the S7, if that has any value to you.

        • There are some colour saturation issues and maybe a bit of a difference in low light, but that's not as critical to me and less bloatware, durability and a whole other list of stuff. As far as IP68 goes I have had enough phones promising this and failing to deliver to not really trust it.

        • @releasethekr4cken: please buy Australia stock if you want htc, it's great phone, but at least in my one broke a lot, first the camera broke then the speaker, then it cannot turn on at all, by this stage they should replace my phone because multiple problem, instead of that they sent me threaten latter warn me warn me not to Send if not broken, thanks for delete all my data if not broken, and again after that the charging port broken
          Just be warn

    • Yeah I wouldn't trust BecexTech at all. Whirlpool has a thread on them opened since 2008 where they are still getting negative reviews to this day.

    • Great find:)

    • Sorry, QD are selling a 32GB for $768 delivered, not a 64GB.

  • Should include shipping and store in title

  • HTC just ruined their reputation in the past years by making shit signal phones

  • does anyone know if there is a specific model we should be looking for here in Aus?
