Or you can use KN401343 which is a free rental ($5 free credit) however tomorrow is the last day to use it.

  • Our local one gets cleared out each Tuesday of new releases by some Asian woman.

How can she watch so many movies in one day???

Goes to machine at 7am when shopping centre opens. Cleans out machine. Binge watches for next 38 hours. Returns discs on 9pm deadline. Sleeps 72 hours.

      • Possibly

Maybe there are no VideoEzy Kiosks in Asia.

    • Maybe she does an epic movie marathon? The most I attempt in 24 hours is two. I tend to fall asleep during movies so that's really my limit. Sometimes it takes me three go's to finish a movie, even good ones.

    • No doubt she rips them off and watches them over time.

      • or sells them..

      Was it me?

      • Seriously it wasnt me though…

  • Beware when using Video easy kisoks. I've had one fail to recognise a return. When the DVD went missing they took the money for replacement without proper investigation - in my opinion. On several other occassions, the machine failed to read my credit card. On another the machine went down and was not serviced for an amazingly long time. On another it was showing somw kind of weird desktop screen instead of the normal interface. This might just be a bad machine but the customer service/maintenance was appalling enough that any issue with these guys is likely to remain unresolved!

    • The couple of times I've had issues with codes, they responded to my emails within hours and resolved the problem.

Further to jv's comment, they are also excellent when you call them. I made the mistake of trying to return a movie to a kiosk in another town 150km away. When I got there they had a new type of machine that wouldn't accept the "standard" CD sized case. Called up Support and they gave me a few days extension to allow me to get back to a "normal" machine. On another occasion the touch screen didn't work well but phone support remote controlled the machine and did all the pointing and clicking for me. The touch screen was fixed by the time I returned the movie the next day.

    • They seem to maintain my local kiosk alright. It's done by a couple of tech savvy teenagers.

  • Just a heads up that the Kiosk at Oxford Square (Darlinghurst) is out of order (10/8/2016) so if anyone took a movie out, you might have to return it to another kiosk.
