I own the Dali Zensor 7s with the sub and Zensor 1s as rears amazing speakers for the price.

Does anyone have a recommendation for sound bars?
I want to have a compact install in one room and a sound bar would be perfect to wall mount.
Mount some powered stereo speakers instead. Your ears will thank you for it.

Soundbars have the advantage of being a bit more indiscreet.
I think the samsung k360 for $299 is the smallest, Still comes with a subwoofer tho.
You get what you pay for.
I have a Philips that retails about $150 which I got for $50. I tell you, it's just worth the $50, no way a hundred more.
If possible, have a listen in store. As someone else said, your ears will thank you for it.

Yeah. Especially the Zensors. For like ten bucks more you can get a set of Q Acoustics 3010s and not have something that sounds like Beats By Dre: The Speaker
Those Q100s are at a pretty great price.
Damn right, I got 2 Kef setups at home, different stuff but they are incredible.
Why the Dali dislike? Just out of curiosity.
My suggestion… just because JB has speakers, doesn't mean you go buy them. You really need to look at other options and just see how much better other brands are… JB will just get the off the street person who sees a sale and buys it. You'd be doing yourself a dis-service if you don't go listen to other gear.
There are literally 100s of other brands to look at, personally I'm a fan of Kefs and Paradigm. If you live in the Eastern States you'll have far more to look at (I'm in Adelaide…)

By JB customers who haven't looked elsewhere. Go to a Speaker store to buy speakers, not an all in one shop.
I am glad they are atleast stocking Polk and Kef, albeit only a miniscule range. If you hear them, you'll wonder why you bothered looking at DALI.
Sometimes I get tempted to buy speakers. Then, I remember gumtree.
No point buying the above speakers considering what you can get for the same price second hand

Anyone use 'Wharfedale Diamond SW150BAV' subwoofer? Reviews are mixed. Some says it got too much bass for music.
Just bought two lots of the Whatfedale Diamond 220 to upgrade my Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 and 10.1. I was able to order in a pair of color I wanted. Great sounding speakers at $329.40 a pair and set up in store to demo.

How likely is it to negotiate a better price when JB offers the best price? I'm looking at the Sony HTXT100 sound plate as a replacement for my dead Phillips soundbar.
theres about $15 margin left you could ask him for a better deal.
