Found this offer through trial and error on the ticketek purchase page
Typing food allows you to have the option to purchase 2 Adult tickets for the price of one $28.50.
However, you have to purchase another ticket as well otherwise it does not allow you to just purchase the special offer.
Remember there is also the $5 off Admission for Melbourne

    Try your luck because I just tried again and it was allowing me to put 2 tickets for 1 offer, But it was not before

    i tried for Sydney
    for Pete and George and Gary's sessions
    both allow me to buy one ticket at full price and anotehr at 5 bucks off

    looks like it currently works only for melbourne (its on this weekend)
    sydney will prolly have to wait closer to the date (its mid july)
    it also looks like u have to purchases a regular ticket
    28.50
    then purchase anotehr thats buy one get one free (also 28.50 but admits two)

    so for 61.95 (4.95 for pick up…) u get 3 tickets to a cooking show plus entry to the good food and wine show

    It was expensive before and the only reason we would go was the 2 for 1 deal - I would rather spend the money at a good restaurant.

    The offer in Melbourne is for FRIDAY sessions only. 2 for the price of 1. I spoke with the show crowd and they said they wouldn't be extending the offer to Sat & Sun. They said this offer is only available with an 'entertainment card', but I don't think it mentions this on ticketek.
