      User error? :P

      • +2

Must be double user error, cause I can't get it to apply either.
        Perfect timing for me..
My imported CC1 is starting to flake out a bit.

        • Mine worked fine. I've already placed an order for a Chromecast for $33.

      Stewballs see below..
I reckon you were doing the same as me.

      • +2

Yup, I had a problem with a loose nut on the keyboard! ;)

    • Mine also did not work online, so I emailed the local store and they did it all on their end. Have to go tomorrow and pay & collect my shiny new chromecast

Cheapest available is @45 through Kogan and scorptec. With TGG coupon it will be $59-$25=$34 (Real savings of $11 if you need this)

    • Is this wireless combo any good? Would be keen to buy one for the office.

    • Just bought the wireless 900 from TGG. It appears to have reduced price to $44 now. So add on something to get over the $50 mark and apply the $25 voucher and I think the savings is pretty decent.

    • +1

still have 3 unopened $2 MS wireless 800 M+Ks from their cash back offer

  • +8

I do wish TGG would sell Chromecast Audios :(

  • +1

Seems to work on items under $50. Tested on a $27.95 product and it worked. Didn't checkout, but it applied fine.

    • +1

you can't checkout with items costing less than $50. creates an error.

      • Ahh, okay. Good to know. Thanks.

      • I just did it for $40.90 including delivery. Paid i have got receipt and conformation emails.

        • cool. my voucher got swallowed up and the site threw up an error :(

        • @altomic: That's not good, did you enter the code in at the right place? Happened to me a few months back i put into the promo code section when you are supposed to put into the Pay using a Gift Card/eGift Card, Voucher or Store Credit above the credit card payment on the last page. Hope this helps and you can use your voucher :)

        • @Djshan: it was in the payment section. I'll call up and see if they still give it.

        • Worked for me, toothbrush for $5!

        • @taylorn8r: Ahhh dude. You have to spend a minimum of $25 using the code mate. Meaning product will be $50+

        • +6

@HeartFeltAxe: tell that to my $30 toothbrush I picked up for $5 yesterday

        • @taylorn8r: hey mate— you did that instore or online?

  • I need an electric beater, stick blender , an electric knife and my digital weigh also died. My hairdryer stopped working too but I had already bought one.
Anyone know if this voucher will work on the discounted stick blender, posted the other day?

    • It works on everything

  • Worked for me for $29.95 Oral B Vitality Precision Clean Toothbrush. Gave an error when I entered the code as PRPMO CODE but worked when I put it as a GIFT CARD without pin.

Would anyone like to swap codes with me? I'll swap my next code for your current code. There's something i want on special currently :o

  • Does anyone have a spare code they aren't using? Please PM.

  • If Altomic can't think of something to use for his giftcard, I'm happy to use it?

  • This isn't bad for $49 after discount.

  • Do The Good Guys sell any Android TV boxes or equivalent that you can run Kodi on?

    • +1

They sell intel Compute sticks which run windows 10, but at $179 they are not really worth it.

  • +2

I enter my voucher code and click that I am not a robot. I am then asked to select three squares and then I click confirm. The system then de clicks the captcha and I have to try again. This will not allow me to go any further.

    • +18

Are you sure youre not a robot?

    • +1

i am getting the same thing…

      • This is happening to me too, keeps saying I haven't clicked the reCaptcha, really annoying!

    • did you manage to get past this?

it seems to verify the captcha, but then when you go to update balance it just resets..

      • It wouldn't let me get past on 3 different browsers and now my items arent on sale anymore.

        • looks like it's been fixed, I just got through and others on the other thread said the same

        • @mikkim4eva: Yup, working for me now, $25 off the $49 chrome cast (with $5 delivery)

  • Finish dishwasher powder X 3
    Lexar 32GB microSD
    Washing machine descaler

  • I'll propably be getting a Sandwich Maker.

  • +2
    • How is it compared to this one: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/breville-the-toastmelt-sandwi…
      Specs are similar.

      • Other than styling can't remember why I chose the higher model. That one is under $50 though so cannot use voucher on it alone

        • Fair enough. I was curious to know the difference. Other than the handle style, I cant see any. Paying $10 extra for that.

        • @Gaggy actually I don't think the basic model has a floating hinge to adjust to different sandwich thicknesses

        • @kcbworth: It does say that adjustable height and can be seen in a picture.

So apparently the codes could be stacked..anyone brave enough to stack multiples to get expensive items for free?

    • +1

You can stack up to 2 from memory though it ends up being 50 dollars of min spend $100
i'm waiting for my other one so i can buy something nice super cheap

      • Oh, forgot that stacking as acceptable!.
Just signed up the wife for next round!

  • +4

Can we use '$25 off' coupon codes received by two people to make it $50 off for a $100 purchase rather than waiting for the second code to come after a few weeks?

    • Yes, did that today in store :) If they don't let you, show them the terms & conditions.

      • Thanks. Please feel free to pass on if you have any extra code. I need one. :)

  • +2

Bought a 5L Breville slow cooker (was $99). Used 2 codes stacked and got it for $49 click and collect.

If anyone has codes that they know they won't use, can you PM the code?? Really want a paper shredder as well!!!

    Thanks in advance!

    • Does it work online? Pay and collect from store?

      • I put the order in online with the code. Then selected 'click and collect' as the option. Picked it up from store.

      • +1

        All slow cookers work online.

  • If anyone has a code that they know they won't use, please PM me. I just need one code. I will return the favor when I get my second code (if you still need one). Just don't want to wait for it as I need some stuff sooner.

  • If anyone else doesn't want to use their code I would love to take it off you as well. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive in few weeks

  • +3

    I just bought https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/wahl-mens-haircutting-kit-wa9…

Total pick was 43 bucks and it's made in the USA, so hopefully won't have to buy another one in a few years

  • +3

Stacked two codes and got Chromecast for $8. Paid and picked up already.

  • If anyone has a code they don't need to use, I'd love to have it. Mine should come in a week or so, so I can share the love then.

    • I'd love to have another as well…

  • +1

I'm going for one of the Oral B toothbrushes. Haven't ever tried an electric, hopefully my wife will appreciate it!

    • They are great, never going back to manual. Just don't get the entry level cheapo, that's kinda crap. I have a pro 4000 which seemed like the best value/$ at the time (bought 40-50% off at Myer couple of years back)

      • I would recommend the Philips Sonicare, they are better IMO and the cheap ebay brushes are better because there are no moving parts so you save in the long term. I was lucky enough to get mine from a Big W sale for under 20,but they are usually 70.

  • Bought a GoPro Suction Cup for $24.95 - RRP$49.95 (https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/gopro-suction-cup-mount-gpauc…) Great price for this mount, you could get generic versions cheaper but this is why I bought the GoPro brand: "Industrial-strength suction cup proven at speeds of 150+ mph"

Cashier instore didn't care I was 5c off so there was no need to buy anything else on top to break $50!

Can you stack as many of these as you want and effectively have anything for half price?
I'm also interested to see if I'll receive my 2nd code in time to use them simultaneously - I doubt it, though.

  • +1

I did not receive my code by SMS. I had registered earlier and when I tried to re register the system says my email is already registered. Any suggestions on how to get the store credit?

    • ditto

  • I just grabbed 2x Logitech F310 Gamepads for $13.50 each

    https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/logitech--f310-gamepad--12229…

Not a bad price. Been looking for a couple of cheap controllers for the pc for Overcooked for the kids. I'll take them back if they are crap.

also saw this logitech head set. Might be ok for 36$ down from 99$

  • Got a new Phillips Iron (original price $59). My current one was breathing fire.

  • Hi, Can anyone exchange a code? I got my first one, but need another. In return, I will give the second code when I receive it. I know the person needs to trust me for it :)

If some one wishes to help, please let me know first through message. DO NOT share the code with me before we confirm with each other. Hope someone helps, thanks :)
