  I've been watching the 1080 prices on Amazon and really this is just the currently normal (but actually inflated) price. The MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA 1080s are all fluctuating around $630. I wouldn't call it a bargain and certainly am not tempted to pull the trigger on $600 based on a $5-10 price drop.

  Gigabyte have questionable overall quality and no international warranty, wouldn't buy this model overseas.

  If your buying a from overseas I would recommend a EVGA card. They are well know for their impressive international warranty.

  In saying that if you are committed to the Gigabyte, Amazon is one of the better stores for returning products to the USA.
