The U12 earphones will set you back $US1200 = ~$AU1600 + shipping + GST/customs/duties… Meanwhile Minidisc have them for $AU2649.

Wow! They put my Audiofly AF180s to shame. My wife would have a heart attack if I bought these. I wish I had the balls to bite the bullet.
AF180s are quad drivers so a U4 or U4SE would be the closer models.
I bought the one I could afford which was the U2. Ordered on the 24th (Wed, Aug 24, 2016 at 11:04 PM AEST) and sent out Thu, Aug 25, 2016 at 9:28 AM AEST and it is to be delivered today by Fedex.
