  • If you have any recommendation for any product on www.everbuying.net and we will try our best to come up with the cheapest price.
  • If you have any complaint regarding Product not being delivered with in the time frame or any other problem with the order you received.

Our mission is 100% customer satisfaction. Any order which has not been delivered with in given time frame is liable if either getting 100% money back or re-delivery of item.

  • Apart from the occasional delays, I haven't had much to complain about with everybuying either. Good job guys :)

    PS: any deals on Xiaomi Yi II or Xiaomi Yi dashcam?

  • Thanks for this thread Monty! Any deal for dash cams, specifically the A118c or A119? I'm still on the fence which of the two I want to buy, so thought I see if you'll be posting a new deal for those 2 soon before deciding. Hope you & Becky can come up with the cheapest price yet! :)

    also i always kill micro usb cables so would be cool to get a deal on a decent quality cable

  • Here's a tip:

    If you pay for expedited shipping and want DHL/Fedex and not some crappy third party that takes longer than advertised, ask for it.

    I was told that if I asked specifically for DHL I would get it. Weird and kinda dodgy.

  • My order still hasn't arrived despite apparently making it to Sydney a week ago, surely interstate doesn't take that long? But my real problem is trying to contact EB. LiveChat doesn't work, and I can't open a ticket because it rejects my (valid) email address. I'd email but there's no email address published on your site anywhere.

    I was skeptical at first with everbuying.net. I brought a cheap Floureon quadcopter that was excellent and great value on the site. Then went on to buying a VioFO A118C dashcam and so impressed then got another for the wife's car. Great price and better than ebay.

    Now highly recommend everbuying.net. Have past details onto a number of people after seeing my dash cam footage.

    Also to add all my orders have had quite quick shipping considering they are coming from China.

  • I bought a dashcam back in late June, it never arrived.

    Shipping tracking has "Australia 2016-7-10 11:46:00 正在(已经)安排下一站的转运" as the latest update.

    I just put a complaint through today.
    Which was difficult, as the support page https://support.everbuying.com/ticket/ticket/index doesn't work in chrome (works in firefox).

    Bought a $120 Android Tablet from EverBuying. 3 weeks later. Tracking shows "delivered". Well I didn't sign for one and certainly have not got it. We were home all day during the day they reckon it was delivered.

    Raised dispute with EverBuying, they offered to refund half $60.

    Raised dispute with PayPal - record shows "delivered"- you loose. Not covered. No prove of delivery - too bad - you loose, goodbye.

    Contacted EverBuying again, to their credit, they refunded $60. I lost $60.

    It seems to me this Shipping Agent used by EverBuying is gaming the system and you loose every time. Tell me you can't just make the record to show delivered instead of paying out a claim.

    Fellow OzBargainers BE WARNED. And if you think PayPal will look after you'll be wrong.

      I can only image your disappointment.

      As for the package shows deliverd, we did ship the package at the right address and either someone took it or it has been lost locally. Our shipping company will not compensate it. We advised that you could claim compensation from local post office. Once you got the claim ID from post mail, please forward to us, we will follow it up for you.

  • Thought I'd by myself a Nitecore T-Series Tube during the sale. Used 86EB points $4 USD payable after which is a good deal in my eyes.

    Product came DOA, probably faulty battery. Support tells me I can either get a 2USD refund, or pay 3USD to get a new one (nearly what I paid for it) but no refund for my spent EB points. Pay in USD, use points, wait for ages, for a chance to receive a working product…

    I get that for some this is a negligible amount but it's just too much and too many hoops to go through to save a few bucks.

    Ordered Xiaomi headphones 3 months ago, they still haven't arrived. Tried to sort it out via a ticket and they are refusing to send me out a new pair of $5 headphones as they swear they shipped them out…

    they also said they'd get back to me in two business days and it took them a week (i did message them to remind them as well) UGH

  • How long do we need to wait for an order before we can assume it's not coming. I bought through This deal but is still a no show.

  • I just lodged a chargeback. Avoid these muppets. Product never arrives, unpublished conditions get presented when you go to support (e.g. waiting 2 months before they'll do anything), then you get the runaround, including from reps on here. Not worth the time or effort.

    • Been a long time since I wrote last. I assumed that their support site was dead, but apparently it works with Internet Explorer (I had previously tried both Firefox and Chrome and couldn't access it).
      Anyway, no other solution was offered. A quite disappointing experience with Everbuying to say the least.

  • Hi. Ordered xiao mi headphones from everbuying and they arrived DOA. The left earbud does not work. I contacted everbuying and the reply was fast but i was told i would only be offered a 2usd refund since the product was 'not fully defective'. Frankly if i order a product and receive something that is basically unusable i expect a full refund. This is not good enough

  • Hi, i'm late to the party but to be honest, I'm FURIOUS. I ordered 4 items from your store in OCTOBER, it is now the 2nd of December and they have still not been delivered and i have not received a single update. I tried to email my frustrations but apparently it didn't go through because the email 'no longer exists', I spent $45 (rounded) and $15 (rounded) on shipping. I'm frustrated and at this point i only want one of the items and the rest of my money back.
