Strongly recommend not to buy form this seller. It has been three months and order is not received at all. They don't reply any emails unless you put a dispute through PayPal

    • Can you PM me your order number. It will be resolved on Monday for sure.

    • Bit harsh maybe? All of my orders have come through so far.

      • +3

It's what happens when something doesn't work out that would worry me. That separates good and bad service with these guys.

    • Well, Everbuying or Gearbest (same familly) are rapidly out of stock when there is an attractive deal even if it appears "on stock".
If you did not receive the shipping confirmation email in 7-10 days after your order, it often means you need to wait longer…I think banggood has more stock than everbuying or maybe it's just their ways of doing business.

    • I turn to partially agree with you. I bought 3 phones from Everbuying for the last 2 months. The first 2 purchases were smooth as product was delivered from China warehouse to Brisbane within 1 week from the time of puchase.

I had a bit drama in my last transaction. 3 days after my order putting through, I still had 'order being processed' in my account. I then initiated a conversation online and realized Everbuying did not have stock to run that promotion although their website did not mention anything like' pre-sale' or 'stock run out'. After discussion with the staff in customer service team, I decided to ask for refund when I was advised I had to wait for another 7-10 business day. Guess what, I was told on the next business day new stock came in and my phone would be dispatched straight away. It has been 6 days since I was advised my phone was picked up by courier but I have not receive it. Having said that, I was advised the shipping time is normally from 10 to 25 business days, so if I get the phone within this week, I consider being really lucky.

    • I ordered a phone on the 25/7 which said "ships within 3-5 days". today I went to check the status of my order and it is still "paid, processing" so have requested it be cancelled.

Will see how the process goes…

  • When I buy two, the discount cannot be applied with the coupon code and it seemed to increase in price. Any suggestion?

    • Coupon is for one per account. You need to buy 2 then make purchases from 2 separate accounts.

  • +2

Why are all everbuying bargains priced using the US$2 discount for new accounts?
What about those people who already have accounts?

    • You can save extra $2 by paying through new account. Or if you don't wana go throng new account process you can still use coupon code but have to pay $2 more.

      • +2

So you're encouraging users to set up multiple accounts for the $2 discount?

        • only if you want to save $2. If you don't mind paying $2 you can still use coupon and get discount.

        • +1

I don't think MM cares what you do as long as you use his code so he gets his commission.

    • +3

      To be competitive

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/261291

Cheaper there if you don't use the new account / mobile site workaround

  • +2

Monty can you bring back the stars that's the only way I recognise your deals

    • Ha ha actually this is the cheapest price ever posted on Ozbargain.

  • I have not bought from Everbuying before. Apart from the first poster's comment are there any other adverse issues with this seller?

    • +4

I wouldn't recommend buying their Xiaomi phones, they come with custom ROM instead of official ROM. You'd want a seller who leaves it as is or puts the official global stable ROM. Most items are shipped within about a day. I've had a few delayed more than a few days, one I contacted them and they got back to me quickly and asked if I would prefer to cancel. At least a couple (maybe all, I can't remember) were ones I ordered and didn't pay for for a few days, as most items you have 7 days (some sale items 24 hours) to pay. I sometimes take advantage of that if I want to think about it, or if I'd prefer to wait until pay day. Overall I like them. I haven't had any issues though, so not sure how they handle those. All of my items arrives in around 3-5 weeks.

    • +2

Have received 5 orders from Everbuying without a problem, had to email them to check address details and they responded within 24 hrs, so all good here. Another positive which was mentioned on an earlier deal is that there is now a store rep on Ozbargain that will reply to PMs within 24 hrs.

      • Thanks Miss B and adr8 for your feedback.

    • I bought from their sister site geekbuying in May and still waiting for the order. I have a long thread with them and have basically given up now. Their pattern appears to be fulfilling some orders but pocketing out a percentage who never get a delivery. If you see all the ozbargain threads for geekbuying and everything you will see this pattern. A few posters who have received all their orders and others like us who have never received them.

    • Have also had a great experience with them. All of my ~10 orders have arrived within 2-3 weeks from ordering to Perth.

  • Hey monty, does the Bluetooth car player work with iPhones?

    • +1
      • +3

I think you've linked to new version of roidmi.

        OP's link is to V1

        • It still works with iPhones, though.

        • @bananabendera: according to the app screenshot, the ios app only supports the 2s. http://a5.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Purple30/v4/07/f5/35/07f5358d-…

        • @bananabendera: It does but locked only at the factory FM frequency of 96.2 MHZ from memory. You cannot change the band and if there's a radio station in your area +-0.3 Mhz of this you'll get pretty bad interference.

        • @bchliu: Good point. I misinterpreted the question to be about the app. From what I've read, you can use an android phone to change the frequency and it should remember it.

Side note, the new 2s features sound good, but at this price, I'm happy I to order the v1.

  • Anyone have problems with the new Mi Band 2 not charging? had one from another seller and refused to charge. Tried it with countless wall sockets and a power bank…

    • Try it from a computer USB port. It pulls so little current while charging (20mA) that most dedicated chargers don't work.

  • Powerbank deal rep? :)

    • I think they can't sell powerbanks to Aus anymore. Last time i bought it, they had to give me a refund.

  • cheers monty! I got the fm transmiter. guys make sure your car is made "from 2013-2015" as per details of the fm transmitter.

waiting for MM to do another great deal on dashcams !

  • Maybe I'm doing something wrong somewhere but i never get to the amounts you've listed.
Can't you just give us a code which works with existing account because I don't want to open 10 different account everywhere.

    • +1

This code will work with your existing account. But will not get extra $2 off.

  • Need an fm transmitter any other options I should consider

  • +1

Everybuying is slow, but their stuff does come eventually. 4-6 weeks is the norm.

    • Norm for me is ~2 weeks with the shipping insurance ticked…

  • Yes I am still waiting for the pokeballs from the other deal.

Is the post wrong? How did you get $2.80 from 120 EB points?

    • 100EB points from new account 10EB points for confirming email and 10EB points for uploading profile picture.

      • 100EB = 2$, 10+10=20EB = $0.40
In the original post you have "EB Points saving - USD$2.80"

      • Any update?

        • Thanks Post updated.

  • I've got 210EB. How can you redeem the points for the savings.

    • Mine was automatically applied at checkout.

  • Damnit. Already bought two of these roidmis a couple weeks back for 15 bucks each!! They're great, if you're in a car without bluetooth/aux already.

  • Did anyone try buying from this website and sending it to their parcel lockers? Did it work out fine?

    • Yep I've had stuff delivered to a parcel locker from Everbuying. No problems.

  • I have an old CRV 2000. I took a photo of the cigarette socket.
    http://i.imgur.com/MMM3Eoq.jpg

Anyone know if this is compatible with the Roidmi?

Edit: I now see the difference between the different sockets. The one that Roidmi supports is the ones that has a metal brace thingy across the centre terminal. so my CRV appears to qualify!

    • All Ciggie Sockets are standardised as I understand it.

  • I think I'll wait for the ROIMI 2's to drop in price since it has better microphone quality..

  • What have I done wrong? I am not getting the full discount. I can't seem to get the couple discount as noted by the OP.

        • @monty.melb:

  • ordered from the last deal of banggood for $45 or so.

the actual fitness tracking part of the device is garbage atm, but should improve in leaps with next firmwares. the sleep stuff is already great though and the battery life is just phenomenal. over a month and still going on my first charge. and obviously cant beat a heart rate monitor which is decent at this price.

    • Can this version record continuous heart without the phone near by?

      • dont quote me but i think it needs the phone to do that.

        • +1

"it needs the phone to do that." - autolux 2016

  • +1

All these comments about getting .50 cents discount, but nothing about the watch. Is it any good ? How well does the heart rate monitor work?

  • Thanks, I've been waiting for the price to hit the $40 mark.

  • +1

Paid in GBP and got a better exchange rate. $39

  • Hi Guys, I'm happy to pay 50aud for this fitness band but I am sick of wasting time and money on dodgy sellers. I ordered a Mi band 2 through Banggood on their Deal. They stalled for a month then sent me a the original Mi Band and they still have my money. Is there any kind of consensus on who are the most reliable sellers? Gearbest? Geekbuying? Everbuying? I know its not banggood. I am happy to pay a small premium.

  • @monty.melb any chance you can speak with everbuying that their tracking site is not responding? That eslink88 site can't be opened at all.

  • Received 2 mi band 2 today. Total waiting time 11 days after payment. Fast shipping which is a surprised. Thanks

  • MM-Miband2 not working

  • Thanks OP, Got one today.

  • Ordered Wednesday 17th August
    Received today Wednesday 31st August

That is two weeks total elapsed time.

Twice as fast as most my China buys. Happy with this.

Got MI software on my phone via mobile phone number. Had unsuccessfully tried first via email on my phone several times but a Google+ screen seemed to intercept the process and the logon did not get created with MI via email. Worked via mobile phone number and SMSed code first time.

  • Ordered ROIDMI on Aug 14th, arrived today Sept 2nd.

  • Hey all,
    Just be careful.
Before applying the discount code is $43.71
!after applying the discount code, it increased to $44.51

Bought a $120 Android Tablet from EverBuying. 3 weeks later. Tracking shows "delivered". Well I didn't sign for one and certainly have not got it. We were home all day during the day they reckon it was delivered.

Raised dispute with EverBuying, they offered to refund half $60.

Raised dispute with PayPal - record shows "delivered"- you loose. Not covered. No prove of delivery - too bad - you loose, goodbye.

Contacted EverBuying again, to their credit, they refunded $60. I lost $60.

It seems to me this Shipping Agent used by EverBuying is gaming the system and you loose every time. Tell me you can't just make the record to show delivered instead of paying out a claim.

Fellow OzBargainers BE WARNED. And if you think PayPal will look after you'll be wrong too.
