      I have a garmin swim in Adelaide. Looks like new - as I stopped swimming due to injury soon after use. Provides better tracking than the VivoActive I upgraded to. Pm for details if interested.

    FYI - Garmin Forerunner 35 hitting Australian stores at the end of the month apparently. Looks great for the $299 RRP (probably can get it cheaper).

    I grabbed a 25 for $99 recently otherwise probably would have grabbed one of these.

    HR strap is going to be more accurate than built in but obviously more annoying to have to put it on.

    For those interested in the Forerunner 235 (with optical HR), it is currently selling for $368 (RRP $469) at JB HiFI. Not often on special, so a good price.

      Ive ben happy with my 235 too apart from an issue i have with it disconnecting from my Moto G all the time. i think its a compatability issue as it doesnt do it with my wifes iphone.
      I quite like the convenience of the optical heart rate vs the need to wear a chest strap aswell.
      In saying that at this price id probably go the 630 as although im no where near the level or runner that would benifit from all the extra metrics this watch can give im a geek when it comes to viewing my fitness stats.
