Your GST invoice will be sent to your email after order is dispatched

    • Did you guys end up stocking the TPU cases for these based on feedback from the last deal? Thanks.

      • +11

The genuine TPU case for power bank only available for Taiwan area.
We've got some samples from non-genuine brand.
They are either way too expansive or have terrible quality compare to Xiaomi's.
Better not have them than disappoint our fans :\

        • No worries, thanks for the reply.

        • @S3ISOR: You're welcome.
You can post your requests and share your ideas on our Facebook page.

Shouldn't it be standard practice to include a GST invoice and not an option to ask for?

      • +1

GST is included in all orders.
But our new system is still fixing the invoice generator.
        Right now is not automatic.
Needs to manually generated and send by email :\

    • I purchased this back in March and by June the USB cord it came with was faulty and would only charge when sitting a certain way. Is this covered by the 12 months warranty?

      • If it's not physical damage, which is not covered by standard warranty, you can email us for return and warranty claim :)

  • +9

Anyone wanting to spend $0.50 more for free express shipping, Xiaomi 10000mAh Power Bank $25.95 deal from GearDo is still up :)

  • +8

Hey store reps, any deals on the two way qc pro version?

    • +6

      New stock arriving soon.
Will put a promotion on them as requested ;)

  • Do these come with an iPhone 6 cable?

    • +1

This product is same as any other power banks.
It comes with a short Micro USB to USB recharge cable.
You can use it to recharge the power bank or charge up Android devices.
For Apple iPhones, you can use your genuine lightning cable for charge up.
There is also an add-on for genuine lightning cable for 9.95.
Simply tick the box beside the cable.
It will be added into the order as an add-on :)

  • if grey import is under AUD20 i will prefer them really. 20-25% difference is huge

    • +13

      We understand your point.
However, we do pay GST, ship by AusPost with online tracking with signature on arrival and provide 12 months local warranty.
Your purchase is protected by Australian Consumer Law (2011).
That's very different from oversea sellers :)

      • no worries i bought few from you before.

but HOLY CARP only AUD 13????
        http://www.mi.com/dianyuan10000/

        • +2

We can do drop shipping without GST and any other fees and much cheaper.
But from our feedbacks, most customers prefer local warranty and local stock :)

        • @mushtato: hmm someone in australia should import one big shipping container of these and after negotiating bulk price down to AUD 8 each maybe australian customers can buy at aud 18

          yeah dreaming

        • +8

          @eisniwre: That's true.
However, if you want to do everything legally, custom tax, GST, company tax, labor fee and shipping cost cannot be waived.
After all, these money are used on our country and to build a better Australia.
          Everyone is a winner :)

        • Do they ship to Aus/NZ from mi.com?

        • @Huntakillaz: i dont think so otherwise people will post deal every week. most of their stuffs are cheap and high quality

        • @eisniwre:

Yeah using google translate found that out as well as them not using visa etc

        • @Huntakillaz: Xiaomi does not post to Australia nor New Zealand.
All of our orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse by AusPost eParcel with online tracking and signature on arrival.
Normally takes 1-3 business days to major city within Australia.

        • @mushtato:

          Won't help I'm in NZ :P

        • +1

@Huntakillaz: Our new system will be ready soon.
When it's live, we can ship directly to NZ, even power banks ;)

        • @mushtato:

Except you are not providing invoices unless asked for because of a 'problem with your invoice generator'…..

        • +1

@nicksinternet: That's a problem our web team is fixing.
But involves not only our website, but also eBay and other selling platform.
That makes it even more complicated :\

The 20000mAh model can support QC2.0 for recharging the product itself.
      But not charging other devices.
      So you are correct :)

  • +4

Is this not an associated deal?
    Seems like it is.

Anyway there isn't much of a bargain here.
This is only 45 cents cheaper than another deal we had recently, and this one has downgraded postage.

    • +3

Associated in what respect? I contacted the rep and asked for a deal. They dropped the price, I posted.

  • Waiting out for a Xiaomi 5000mAh sale alone.

  • hi mushtato,
do you have a longer xiaomi usb cable for sale? I am using Samsung.

    • +1

Xiaomi uses short cable to increase the recharging efficiency.
      They did that on purpose.
To charge up your Samsung device, you can use your genuine data cable.

  • How genuine is it?
I bought one 2 months ago (Romos was advertised originally) following a post here, and I got a Xiaomi 16000 fake one.

    • All Xiaomi power banks we have been selling have 20 digits authentication code on the box.
You can verify from Xiaomi official website:
      http://www.mi.com/verify/#secur_en

      • Thanks.
I will get one, I don't want to use the fake one.

        • There are lots of fake ones around :\
Our products are guaranteed 100% genuine

Feel free to post up something you're interested in… anything at all.

Or maybe vote up a deal you like?

    • +1

Man, your life must sure be bitter dude that you'd get that pissed/worked up over the odd power bank post. I see alot of stuff that doesn't suit me on ozb but i just scroll through it, what else do you expect?

  • Darn, missed out.

I got a 10,000 maH previously off another website, may have been imported as i recall it was under the $20 in one of the prior deals months back. It also came with the genuine digit scratchie that proved it was genuine, but I still wonder if the capacity on these 10,000 maH is overstated? Or perhaps is different to practical capacity?

With another 10,000 mah "Golf" brand one i've gotten in Thailand, I get a rough 3-4 phone charges with it I'd estimate. COntrast that to it feels like 2 charges of my sony xperia z3 on the xiaomi before ig et down to the 1/2 blinking LEDs. quite often i am using it mid way depleted and charging up, so I can't fully claim a full phone recharge, but in general the feeling to my other powerbanks is that i'm getting alot less recharges with the xiaomi?

Is anyone else finding the capacity rating alot different to what they are used to with other power banks they used before?

the mrs also broke down pretty quickly….

    • Any chance rep of bringing them back? another round :D pretty please!

      • Thank you for supporting Mushtato.
The capacity of this product is 10000mAh as per advertised.
Different device has different voltage for its battery.
Your device needs to convert the voltage from 5V to its own voltage level in order to store the energy.
Xiaomi's laboratory test results show 93% energy efficiency.
        But that's in "optimum" conditions.
In practical, the standard output capacity is 6250mAh.
The best way to determine if a Xiaomi power bank is genuine or not is by open it up and check the battery cells and circuit board.
But that will destroy it and void the warranty.
Last year some of our customers did open up few units and confirmed they are genuine.
If you are willing to buy in large quantity, by destroying one unit, you will have 100% confidence.
Please feel free to share your finding here and on our Facebook page ;)

We will put more products on promotion.
Like and follow us on our Facebook page so you won't missed out again.
        www.facebook.com/Mushtato.com.au

        • Thanks . THe standard output capacity of 6250MAH would mean only 62.5% energy efficiency then from converting voltage from 5V to the mobile phone's voltage level?? If so that is a pretty big drop from an advertised 10,000 MAH to become 6250 mah, but it explains why my phone gets about 2 or so charges. Given the xperia z3 is 3200 mah from memory or there abouts, maybe abit less.

I don't have the extra money to open and test if it is genuine so I will go off the recommendatiosn of others here and their dealings with you.

I would be keen if you do another sale on the 10,000 mah or a slightly higher maH as I missed out on this deal ;) hopefully it will be coming back for another round! :)

  • I bought this device, from this seller last week, fast postage. Bad quality though, came with a small dent and scratch on the aluminum of the casing

I have a pink Xiaomi powerbank 10000 (exact same product in different colour) bought from banggood that came in perfect quality

So I will have to neg this deal as I am an unhappy customer and to get a replacement/refund I will have to pay postage back, adding to the cost

    • Out of interest, before you decided to neg the deal, did you try to PM the rep on this site?

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/privatemsg/msgto/108513

      • I just sent him a PM, I will reply here with his response

        • +1

Shame you shoot first and ask questions later :)

        • @tightarse: Everything I have stated is true and accurate, we will see the reply I get and if it is positive I will change my vote
