Decent game, especially for free. A good time for people to see the Uplay is fine.

I get much faster/consistent download speeds over there than steam
The only downside that many people have is it lacks features especially social features but luckily for me all the games I own on there are single player :P
Comparing the download speeds between Uplay and Steam is a bit like comparing Apples and Oranges.
Steam's Library and traffic comparing to Uplay makes it pretty hard to get those top download speeds.
That being said, i think Uplay is mostly fine.
Speak for yourself. As long as ubisoft still deletes 40 hour cloud saves, that platform is cancer. The free game is a nice gesture, too bad the platform is still broken since the Silent hunter IV days, which was what, 2002?
These proprietary platforms are not good for consumers.
It's a good game to cruise around the states. The actual racing is ordinary though. The story reminds me of the terrible NFS stories of the Carbon/Undercover days.

The Crew is excellent. The racing is very arcade but once you mess around with the control settings it gets a lot better. Very surprised this is a free game considering the others in the list. I wish they would make the 'Wild Run' DLC free to.

Interesting that they would give away splinter cell but you can't purchase any splinter cell titles from the UPlay store. I wanted to grab Blacklist :(
What's the bet that an older Assassin's Creed will be one of the others? My money is on ACII. It reviewed the best and may get people to keep buying them.
The Crew is a fun game… but whoever decided that you need to drive around to find and unlock synchronization points radio towers data stations needs to be shot.
No we don't need the repetitive parts of Far Cry and Assassins creed to be implemented into every Ubisoft game…

You can also grab it via uPlay client, saves having to re-enter login details at the Ubi30 site.
Very arcadey, really babies you. Frequent physics issues. eg I slid sideways into a bus, car imediatly did a backflip and started going in the other direction. Acceptable for free, would be pissed if I had paid for the game. Better than the recent NFS attempts at open world racing though. Ultimatly I don't think it's worth the download.
I don't quite know how they've split it but it seems some parts of Wild Run are accessable.
It wont let me download, the pc app says error 404 ive broken the internet LOL and through website its stuck at the login page …. Too Much Confusion

Says my IP is banned. Never played a uPlay game in my life.
UPlay is down for PC. Worst DRM system ever. When it goes down all your games are as useless as tits on a bull.
Reminds me why I don't buy or play UbiSoft games. If it was supposed to be a marketing exercise for UbiSoft, it's backfiring.

I don't seem to be able to collect the free game nor see my previous game, I can log in to my account, but need to log in again after claiming the game which then prompts a "Please Wait" message that never ends.
i got mine through the uplay client not the web page but i just went through the steps on the site and they all seemed to work and it told me i already have the game at the end, so dunno… it was slow tho
