That's pretty expensive for a long piece of rubber

LOL. If you have $230 for AirPods you have money to burn though.

$229.00 for the wireless earphones + $10 strap to make is wired.
you're better off buying good quality wired earphones which would produce better sound quality and still have enough money leftover for lunch.

Using the left over money to buy a drill so you can drill a headphone jack in your iphone 7.

There's a connector provided to connect the headphone to iPhone. Not sure if you're just trolling or being stupid :)

        • -1

Because carrying a dongle everywhere with you is not stupid?

        • @natalie says hi: the only stupid one is the person who cant figure out the fact that you leave the dongle attached to your headphones permanently unless you switch headphones multiple times a day

        • it was an obvious troll. Only Apple fan cant tell the different. just like they cant tell different between all the iphones. :)

        • @natalie says hi: It's not a dongle :)

    • I couldn't agree more

Use a string to tie these to your phone and you will successfully upgrade your $230 earpods to $5 earbuds.

    • $5 earbuds that you need to charge lol.

I was thinking about "inventing" a cable to tether the earpods to the iphone so you won't lose them. $40 for the base model, $999 for the gold model.

  • The tangle-free design makes the cable easy to store

lol, this is the worst product of 2016

Not sure I'd trust a product this cheap, I'll wait for the $199.99 official apple one instead.

    • lol best comment on the page

    • Well…
      You don't have courage then.

  • why don't i use the tradition headphone? (with converter)

    • Apple removes Ethernet port…. End up using an adapter to use one

    • Apple removes headphone jack…. End up using an adapter to use one

    • Apple removes cables from earphones…. End up buying cable to attach at back

Just an idea, but maybe Apple should stop removing stuff that people actually still use?

    • It's a test for those who stay faithful to Apple. The temptation to let go Apple is everywhere when you look around.

    • Which item dies first: the built-in component or the wired adapter from Apple ? Apple knows the answer.
