    I got to try this at Sydney Comic Con. It's very fun, but takes a while to get used to.

    I'm not sure if the droid itself is new as JB sells the force band by itself.

      It is the "battle damaged" version with optional touch band. Yes the band can be purchased separately.

    Shooting a laser is only possble with a mod.

    If you have kids, then play time with Spero could be traded for vaccuming the floor.

  I've no idea if it's the same device or not, but there's a couple of different versions of this on AliExpress now for as little as AUD$45.00 shipped. Might pay to check that out before buying.

  A search turns up this model in AliExpress stores all over the place. This one is a bit different, but the same basic idea.

      Yeah, having just watched the demo version I can see that it's quite a bit more sophista-ma-cated! The Chinese ones are clearly the cheap version you buy for your kid so they won't keep demanding a go of your fancy one! :-)
