I was a bit disappointed that no one turned up to our last Sydney meetup when I tried to give away some free T-shirts. Yes, FREE T-shirts, and those are not ordinary orange OzBargain T-shirts. They are limited edition OzBargain 10th anniversary black tees — still there were no takers. So instead of giving out free T-shirts to determined OzBargainers (as there wasn't any), we will be giving away 100 T-shirts to random OzBargainers via Treasure Hunt, similar to what we did in March and last November but simpler. I will be giving out 50 shirts tomorrow (19 Sept), and another 50 sometime in October.
So basically, random users will see OzBargain Treasure Hunt appears in the middle of the page. It will stay there for 15 seconds and then despawn.
Clicking on that item to reveal the "treasure", i.e. a black OzBargain10 T-shirt.
Now click on "Claim" to make that T-shirt yours! In this treasure hunt, there won't be part-items, different types of treasures, etc. There will only be T-shirts (50 of them from tomorrow) so you can pretty much ignore the Marketplace.

When are the starting & finishing time for the treasure hunt?
There will be 2x 24-hours treasure hunts giving out 50 T-shirts each.

Please note that a T-shirt is added to the system every 30 minutes, except for the first hour where 4 t-shirts will be added. The Marketplace page will tell you exactly how many available items are in the system, to save you time from reloading the home page excessively :)
Who can participate?
All OzBargain users who are not currently in penalty box can participate in the treasure hunt for OzBargain10 T-shirts.
What are the prizes?
A black T-shirt with white OzBargain logo in front of orange "10". Something like this. OzBargain is turning 10 this November. More about the up-coming event later, but meanwhile we just want to give out those special edition T-shirts.
Please note that for each account you can claim maximum only one T-shirt.
I claimed the T-shirt! How can I actually get it?
So you have spotted a T-shirt, claimed it and have added it to your inventory. After the treasure hunt finishes (20 September mid-day), you can then go to your Marketplace page to fill out your delivery details and your T-shirt size. I am hoping to have all 50 shirts posted by the end of the week (24 Sept).
