      15 years ago when I lived in Canada they had Mountain Dew Slurpees. I still remember the taste because it's all I drank. I hope this is less icy (hungry jacks) and more slurpee (7-11)

    Yeah I have noticed this at several stores. Yet to try. Looks like they're trying to compete with Maccas/HJ!

    Poor HJ! It was their idea, and then everyone else flogged it!

      No different to when they copied maccas with their angus burger, then their loose change menu, then their $1 frozen cokes.
      They will always copy to keep relevant

      I love how you only get the full size large Frozen Coke from Maccas when the Monopoly promotion is on as they don't want to give you the stickers on a $1 drink, other wise HJs is always the better value Frozen Coke

        Nah, they're pretty nasty. Also a horrible companion to greasy chicken. I was cola to wash down my KFC, not some seedy melted soft-serve with biscuits mixed throughout.

    I have seen these last Christmas when I was visiting Cessnock in the Hunter Valley, the only place in Sydney I know that do these is a chain of franchised stores Minchinbury, Mount Druitt and Plumpton haven't seen anywhere else. they should be able to roll out anywhere there are Krushers as they use the same equipment but seems to depend on the franchisee. But I would appreciate if any one can add to this list…. also they aren't fizzy but they are still refreshing as you don't and up with frozen drinks all gas and no liquid LOL

      Actually the Mt Dew and Pepsi ones are carbonated, so they need a new machine so their fizzy. They did trial some non carbonated flavours like rasberry, pineapple, tutti fruiti which i think your confusing them with

    Never been much of a fan but I really like the sound of frozen mountain dew… Not sure about Pepsi though, doubt it'll compete with equally priced frozen coke.

      It really depends on the store. I swear by god that KFC Karingal VIC has the fastest drive through service in Australia. Whenever I go there it is always a custom/complex order, which they always get right first time without having to repeat it 20 times, and the food is always ready by the time I get from the speaker to the Window. The speed from the speaker to the Window is always quick and no queue because they get the orders out so quickly. And it's not a shortage of customers either, it is always busy - just a high rate of flow.

    Ok, At the moment there is a nation wide roll out of the machines, ready for them to be sold in December. In december every store should have them and they will be advertised :)

    The Sydenham store in Taylors Lakes, VIC has the frozen drinks. Tried a mountain dew one. Not bad, but not great either.
