  Not particularly low carb. 7g carbs inc 6g sugar per bar for 20g of protein.

  Comparatively the HPLC Cookies & Cream 100g bar has 5g carbs inc 3g sugar with 42g of protein. It's similarly priced too ($3.67 for the 100g bar).

  The BSC Cookies & Cream 65g bar is 4.5g carbs inc 4.5g sugar and gets you 24.3g protein. Much more expensive though.

    And as for the L-Carnitine in them; it's a whole 70mg per bar..

    500mg is about the starting point to be useful.

  This bar tastes awful. Bought 4 last time for 99C. Still left with 3.Its been 3 months or so.

    Not to mention its very sticky and chewy, difficult to eat.

    Would touch them at any price.

    They are around $2.30 I think. This sale finishes in a few days.

    The cheapest these have been were $.99 in March.
