Ahh, so this may explain why my Flybuys and a few friends are getting spammed with 3x (<$100) and 10x (>$100) points this week, which is worth much more on the $100 spend. But I guess it is ok if you are woolies person.

I would assume it excludes Tasmania as we have a different reward scheme

yep, when I tried it online with alcohol it would not work, replaced the alcohol with non-alcohol and it worked.

Does anybody know whether this voucher can be used more than once per rewards card? I spent $100 on Wednesday and scanned the barcode to earn the 2000 points and I'm wondering if I can do it again this week on the same rewards card to earn the points again?
