I was gonna say TP-LINK TL-WR841N Wireless-N300 is also $29 bucks (everyday price) at UMART and MSY and a lot of other computer shops.
Same specs too.
No longer suitable for modern use, back in 2010 people had less wireless devices in their homes, nowawadays we all own laptops, smartphones, tablets, IOT devices, RaspPi's and smart TV's, single band Wifi N isn't enough to keep up.
It'll be better if you bought the modem, as this router will be only good for slowing down the internet connection, $28 is about the right price but still better than a normal wifi extender.
outdated device… but could potentially be improved upon with something like dd-wrt. Really depends on what you've purchased it for.

@bonky : Checked 2 melbourne Officeworks - looks like it may just be store specific. Didn't try to price match.
Thinking about getting something like this to chuck in the caravan so the kids can play minecraft together
The reason this is $28 is because its worth $28.
Its a 2008 router with 4 x 10/100 ports and its a 2.4 n300 2x2 wireless.
This kind of technology is well past its use by date and Officeworks knows it.
