Casio Tough Solar W-S220-8AVCF Grey Watch US$15.83 + US$5.92 delivery.
A nice feature in the top left of the display there are 3 charge bars to show the amount of charge.
Water resistant to 100m : In general, suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not scuba diving.
49 mm stainless steel case with mineral dial window.

  "stainless steel case"? Looks like plastic to me. From other pictures (found with Google), the rear plate on the watch appears to be stainless steel - that's not what most people think of when they hear "stainless steel case".

  Amazon have been wrong many, many times with their descriptions. Don't trust the descriptions.

  AFAICT, there are no Casio digital-only watches with a stainless case - they are all plastic or metal-plated plastic. If the watch has analog hands as well as digital, then you can get a stainless steel case, but not for digital-only watches.

    The one mentioned by op, if you click on its specs, says Bezel material: Plastic. That's actually a casio fault not Amazon. Many brands of watches have a stainless steel case but a plastic bezel.

    The 2 I mention state Bezel material: Stainless steel

      Sorry, you're wrong. Amazon are being misleading again, read the reviews:

      For the A158W, review by Slaheddine Trilia: "Please note that its case is not stainless steel."
      For the A178WA, review by Karl B Haase: "The listing states the body of the watch is stainless steel. It's NOT! It is obviously a chrome (or other metal) plated resin."

      I have actually handled both watches, when I was shopping for a stainless-steel digital watch. I went through every casio digital-only watch in two stores, eventually the sales reps admitted that they had no casio watches with a stainless-steel case.

      Casio don't help with this either, their website doesn't even mention the case material. In my opinion, it's deliberately misleading.

        Interesting, I didn't know of that website. Apparently Casio have multiple websites, and the one that I used comes up first in Google searches.

        No mention of case material on that website:

        Well my wife has the first one on her arm right now and I can assure you it IS stainless steel. She is anti-plastic on a watch and trust me I would know about it if was resin! I double checked - yep stainless.

        This agrees with my own experience, way too light to be metal.

        Unless you are talking about the rear plate only: that is metal.

        Here's something else that indicates it is plastic: the rear plate is held on by screws. That only happens with plastic-case watches. See the rear photo on this webpage:
