  • Awesome price for a solar powered watch! :) Also, this watch looks good too with a 10 year battery?

    • Having no backlight might be impractical for some.

  • are those prices after discount or before?

    dilemma, Solar or 10 year battery?

  • Keep in mind that even the solar powered Casios have a rechargeable battery that has a finite lifespan. Should be at least 7-10 years though.

    • I did order a new rechargeable battery from ebay USA and replaced it with no issue

    I still have my Casio Sea Pathfinder with solar its over 10 years old and battery is still going strong. you can put it in a drawer for 3 months no problems. Its got the titanium band and weighs a bit so will use this one when travelling Thanks OP purchased $31.70

  • I bought a very similar model to this watch two years go and it is no longer water resistant, which is disappointing for a 100M water resistant rating. It doesn't happen for everyone but see the one star ratings - https://www.amazon.com/Casio-WS200H-1BVCF-Tough-Solar-Sport/… .

  • Just for those that bought this, be a little careful of the screen/display as it scratches easily. Other than that it is a great watch with nice features and is cheap enough not to worry about getting banged around.

    mine got delivered to Brisbane today 11/10

    • Cool, what's it like? Are you happy with it?

      • not really. despite leaving it out in the sun all day and the battery showing fulkly charged as soon as I take it inside the battery drops to medium. My original sea pathfinder stays on high for ages

        • Maybe the battery takes a few charge cycles before it reaches full capacity.

          @28Degrees: yes that's what happened.
          Ñow stays on high. Cheers
