  • Looking at booking an internal flight one-way from HCMC to Hanoi.

Is VA the best to go through or Jetstar/Vietjet?

    Thanks :)

    • Hey there!
Just to clarify, are you looking for the best service or cheapest etc. ticket? Also what dates were you looking at to travel from HCM to Hanoi?

      • Looking to depart HCMC on the 2nd or 3rd of Nov.

I want something in between I guess lol, doesnt have to be the cheapest but I want reliability! I have read mixed reports about jetstar and vietjet for internal flights

        • I would go with VNA, the only full service flag-carrier airline in Vietnam.
I checked on the Vietnam Airlines website, around $53AUD for 2nd November 2016 minimum per adult.
Jetstar Pacific Airways offers flights from $43pp on 2nd November 2016.
VietJetAir is a dollar more expensive than VNA, but is a budget airline.

        • @iTzMilzy:

Thanks! If I book through the VNA website I will be paying in Dong, is that right? If that's the case I will have to use my 28 degrees card I guess

        • @Heracles26:
Correct, VNA is the cheapest to book in.

  • 8th birthday? Try 60th - they were founded in the 50s…

    • +1

Sorry - edited, figured it was the 8th birthday of the website, not the airline.

      • All good mate. I flew with them as far back as the 90s so it struck me as a bit strange.

  • Do they have this birthday sale every year?
