For $0.95 more via their current vouchers, isn't this better value?

    • Beat me by 30 seconds

    • +3

Yeah, but you might end up with things you don't want.

I don't drink coffee from HJs and hasbrowns however delicious they are, are calorie bombs that I can't afford.

      Edit:
McDonalds are around 270 calories for the muffins, and 330 for the hashbrowns.
HJs are around 380 calories for the muffins and 170 on the hasbrowns.

      Possible bombs away.

      • At best the calories listed are a very rough guide. I doubt McD hashers are double that of HJ, and you should too.

Unfortunately Bob and Barry might not want to use vouchers so at this is better than the $3.35ish each they re normally

      • Hahaha yes. I get sick of walking in with the various vouchers, my phone, free cheeseburgers etc. Why can't HJ be heap for everyone?

        • +1

doesn't all places operate like that. You only get the extra specials if you mention it.

Use their online vouchers for even better value! 2 brekky muffins, hashbrown and small coffee for $5.95 (I use in ACT not sure if its for all states)

Voucher deal is better value. Sorry OP but no deal here

    • +1

Vouchers and specials are two different things mate, you're still saving ~$2 off normal menu price

How is 2 Breaky Muffins for $5 better than Breaky Muffins + 1 hashbrown + 1 coffee for $5.95

Maybe when the vouchers expire, people will consider this deal

        • +7

People who don't need a coffee or hashbrown?

      • +1

Can we add beetroot and lettuce for free

        • +2

          Yes

        • +1

Haha that would be one messed up breakfast muffin!

        • @Natedogg: Don't forget to add tomato, onions and pickles too as well :)

  • This deal is probably the only thing making me wish I was driving to work

  • +1

I'm glad they are using cage-free eggs. Biting down on a bit of cage is not good.

    • At least you'll occasionally get to crunch into some shell :P

Good to invest in this deal to get ready for the next Scotch & Soda sale so that there will be clothes that fit you because you're so skinny right now and all the XXS is sold out.

  • Brekky muffins at HJ are horrible , tried them on last 2 for $5 , Maccas are alot better

    • Sadly I have to agree. The bread they use tastes like leather mixed with dirt. Hash browns are fine and nuggets are better than McD.

      • The 'muffins' are exactly the same ones as you get from woolies or Coles, whatever the tiptop red packet ones are. They even come in the same packets

      • ..but maccas buns taste like diabetes!

        • +1

Often taste good is the opposite of good for you.

  • Is there a cage egg option? I prefer the salty taste of teers….

It's a good deal for those who don't want anything else or good for seniors that can get a free coffee along side with this but I'm guessing most would want something to drink.

If this is you, for $0.95 you get a hash brown and a drink (it doesn't have to be coffee) [via vouchers].

  • If you get the 2 for $5, can you combine with shake and win app? As the voucher deal would mean you can't use shake and win as well.

    • +1

Huh? You can buy anything and use a shake to win, even vouchers

      • I thought you can't use shake and win with any other voucher/ offer? Like trying to use 2 vouchers at once?

        • Mate you've been missing out!

        • dude why would you think like that? Always use as many discounts/offers/vouchers as possible unless someone stops you from doing so.

You can combined vouchers + survey + shake and win + specials

        • @cheapisgood:

Okee dokes, is there a shake and win limit? ie. 3 phones + 2 tablets with app offers all at the same time?
