People actually buy these in QLD? You'd need about 7 of them on a double bed in Melbourne tonight. We got to a high of 12 degrees today and its going to be 6 degrees tonight.

    • Not great Christmas gifts for QLD summers.
Maybe that's why they are on clearance.

Yeah no one up here in sunny and hot Queensland would buy a woolen under blanket. That's why it's on clearance. I should know, i live in Central Queensland.

Plenty of spots with cold nights in Qld. Granite Belt, Southern and SW Qld and other parts.

    • They are more sweat/crud absorbers so you dont leach big stank ass piles of sweat onto your bed.

Any chance that the king size bed ones were on sale as well?

I saw some other sizes on sale. However they were on clearance at about $80 I think.

    1) Wool under blanket not very handy in Queensland.
    2) It's out of season in the first place.

Just stating a fact. I live in Queensland and you just don't buy Woolen under blankets here. That's why it's going on clearance for so cheap. Maybe those in Queensland you could buy one and ship it off to a relative or friend in a southern and colder state like Victoria, Tasmania, etc. :)

    Or maybe sell on eBay.

Try a winter in Warwick or Stanthorpe …

  • That sale is for single bed and the tag i saw said the RRP is $79 not $114. They had the QB size for $69 down from $124. They are having a 40% of Tontine bedding sale there at the moment too. I didnt see KB

    • I actually bought a double for someone else. So I can confirm they scan and sell for $20

These were not located with the other Jason underlays. These were across the aisle from the tontine doona's

  • i dont understand this "warm in winter and cool in summer" feature that is labelled on this blanket

It's warm in winter and cool in summer

  • The product is also "Comfort Plus" not "Comforter Plus" - the title made me think it was a comforter PLUS an underblanket.
