So they don't use petrol powered leaf blowers?

  • +1

So how does this work? Can we just tell them to weed only? What happens if they need 2 or more hours? What about if I want them to also do some mulching as well, how do I know the cost etc. Is this is deal just a way of "baiting" customers and then excessively charging extras?

    • Hi Jazzy,
There is the ability to purchase 3 vouchers (so that would be 3 hrs for 2 gardeners) with this Deal.
Green Rooms will come to your place and help you in the garden/outdoor area with what ask them to.
They do charge extra for taking rubbish to the tip (if you don't have a way of disposing of it yourself), however, its a very minimal fee.
If you are concerned in anyway please give Green Rooms a call on (02) 9662 8188. They would be more than happy to talk to you about your needs.
      Regards,

  • Smells like advertising to me!

    • True… it does…… but still seems a good deal to someone who is green-thumb-challenged like me! Anyone else going to take it up? Umming and ahhing about this one.

  • What a bargain. Wish it was avail in SA, it's very hard to find gardeners here who are available, let alone 2 trained people for $59. My advice is to snap up this deal.

    • dont you mean 'trained'?

      • Sorry if I wasn't clear. I don't know anyone who comes to your home and works for $30/hr. Think about it, how much does your plumber or electrician charge per hour and what is their "call out fee".

Where I live, you consider yourself very, very lucky if you find someone prepared to do manual labour at a reasonable price.

        • If you want manual labour at a reasonable price, post an ad on your local universities notice board(s).

          • @BigglezThePigglez: Not sure how many would have their own mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, chainsaw etc and not sure I'd want a uni student using my equipment either.
