No Dr Oetker but very good for $2. It looks like Woolworths have a new range of pizzas and as such they are clearing out the old lines with price drops today, saw them available at my local.

You may need to login/logout to view the products, I could only see the mushroom flavour when I was logged out but all 3 appear once I login. If the items don't appear when logged in, it may mean they aren't in your area/store, or might just be a website error.

Assume available until sold out. Available in store and online.

Thanks to Price Hipster where I spotted them initially.

these were on clearance at ours for $3 on the weekend. Nice tasting, base is good. We bought the four cheese and the mushroom one.

they seem to have new ones for $4, different box. Old ones were made in Italy, new are Aussie made.

    • +2

Yeah they dropped further from $3 to $2 just today it seems. Tried the roasted veg previously and quite liked it also, had that nice wood oven pizza taste.

I saw those new ones online, linked to them in the post but not sure if the link works for everyone, Woolworths website keeps showing different things.

$2 is a bargain, you can use the 4 cheese ones as great bases for make your own pizzas.

      • +2

The new ones are 10% smaller too. (weigh 10% less)

Never worked out how they rejected emails towards the end.

It was probably for the best it ended.

        • +1

Yeah stomach was very thankful it ended, though wallet maybe not as much.

    • Wish this could happen at all for me, since our store didn't do it.

@scrimshaw: did no one else find this hilarious lmao. Reminds me of the "Has anyone really been far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?" guy

        • @clem:

I always enjoy a little all your base.

All I remember from duke is "you wanna dance?" And "shake it baby!"

      • As a pointless aside, I played that game a year or two late, and distinctly remember how I first entered that strip club/night club section of DN about 5 mins before the first news came on Channel 10 about the Twin Towers being attacked. Now, a reference to 9/11 will often be accompanied by a memory of the salacious-back-then strip club in DN….

        • +1

I was referencing the 1996 version!!

        • +1

@driveahardbargain: It was that version, just checked now, didn't realise it was 4 years older than I thought. It was the only game my pentium 2 and 10 gig HD could handle.

        • @COR80:

Dude there is no way you had a 10 gig hard drive in a Pentium 2…

  • Online only or in stores?

    • +4

      In store also.

  • Just gone to woolies springvale in Vic and they don't have any. :(

  • Just bought all 4 cheese from my local. Nice.

    • You've had it before? Is it good?

  • these actually taste good comparing to dominoes, jessies, pizza hut? or just good for price?

    • +3

They're pretty good for a frozen pizza. I actually prefer them to some of the Dr Oetker offerings. A $7 pizza from your local joint will clearly be better, but for $2 it's good emergency food.

      • fair enough, good for price it is then, thanks bud.

  • +2

The new range is "Woolworths", the old range is "Select". Apparently, they're going to get rid of the Select brand…

Colonades at Noarlunga SA has stacks of all flavours at $2 each. Has had them for at least five days. I thought it was a nation wide special so didn't bother posting. Doh.

    • +1

Wouldn't that be more of a reason to post it?

    • Only draw back is it's Colonnades..

      • Someone named their store starting with prefix "Colon"?

        • +1

          In this case, it's apt!

        • Very much so, Colon Aids.

  • +1

Still would not buy at $2

    • +8

Thanks for letting us know, I was only just wondering if you were going to buy one.

        • @serpserpserp: Got me one of those weirdo, misfit stalkers, how cute.

      • Have bought before, would not buy again even at this price

  • +1

Damn, those Quattro Formaggi pizzas made awesome bases for homemade pizzas.. sigh I bet the new ones are trash :(
none left at my woolies, I can't even stock up.

    • Yep I use the four cheese as a simple base. Add a some thinly sliced roma tomato's, some basil and thinly sliced meat of choice and a really hot wood fired oven and it's done. Taste's bloody good.

      • I'm doing this for lunch tomorrow. Thanks!

    • Yeah I'm devastated, used to buy them all the time add a bit of bacon cheese and paste brilliant cheap meal. Sadly were all sold out at my Woolies. 😫

    • Got the last few in Forest Hill, VIC.

  • They are $3 at Sunshine (VIC), plus the $5 spent driving around trying to find parking for 15 mins.

    • Did you scan them? They should be $2.

  • About 4 cheese and 2 mushroom left at Blackburn South, VIC.

  • -5

Went to Werribee, VIC 3030 store tonight and the pizza were $4.

    • +1

Did you scan then? They were also labelled as $4 at my local but scanned at $2 (guess worker hasn't changed label yet)

  • +1
