Hi OP, not really sure if this is a deal, as i see this all the time within the application itself. I'm holding out for the 'Black Friday/Cyber Monday' sale that they might have again this year. I got a yearly 'CyberGhost Premium' sub last 'CyberMonday' for about $22AUD.

Love Cyberghost myself, always buy the premium, and normally get the 50% off, mine is about to renew on the 3/11/16 and if I let it that will be $69.99 US. So even though would have loved to have seen the 3 year deal (Wow, I missed a great deal there) this is still good enough for me.
