Collect a minimum of 450 Bean Points to claim an $8.00 card or a minimum of 900 Bean Points to claim a $14.50 card.
Follow these steps to claim the offer:
1. Purchase specially marked NESCAFÉ products from a Woolworths Supermarket.
2. Collect the Bean Points tokens from the back of the NESCAFÉ labels:
1. collect a minimum of 450 Bean Points tokens to claim an $8.00 Cash Card; or
2. collect a minimum of 900 Bean Points tokens to claim a $14.50 Cash Card.
3. Download the claim form at www.everydayperks.com.au by following the prompts to complete the claim form and print it out.
4. Mail the completed claim form with the Bean Point Tokens attached in an envelope to;
