At 4'8" and weighing a massive 51kg this will be perfect for me. A nice slim cut in the rear as well. Cheers OP

    • it's tight! or not

  • Fair prices, but I dislike those slim lapels.

if you are size 44-46, those slim lapels actually complement the look.

The jackets are all waaaaay to big for the trousers on offer

Any slim waisted Sumos out there?

    • might have better luck with the navy blue sizes.

    • Just a note, their pants sizing is a bit strange.

      eg. Size 28 = 81cm = 32inch

Still not a great deal of pants sizes but I was shocked at first…until I checked the size chart carefully

Just some warning these are fashion suits. The jackets tend to be cut very short. If you want a classic suit that makes you look in proportion then you might want to try to this out in store first. From experience these suits will not cover your bum, doesn't work for everyone and not usually a good look for the office or formal events etc.

That said, this is a good price. I paid much more.

    • Thanks for the warning.

  • Suit up!

  • Good for Melbourne cup day in the office

Does anyone know if there are any other quality brands that suit short but muscular guys?

    Thanks.

Unless they're the exact same fabric the colour probably isn't a perfect match

  • OP, how do you get $100 discount?
A: all suits get you $100 discount.

How's the quality compare with TM Lewin?

    • I don't have TM Lewis stuff, so I can't comment. Ive 2 JL suits for 4 years now and they still hold up well in a 6 suit rotation. Dry cleaned twice a year.

  • I try and avoid these cheap 50% polyester suits and don't dig the slim peak lapels on the black suit.

The navy one with notch lapels looks good, but I feel like $70 is the going rate for a poly suit.

    • poly suits have their place. they actually look sharper than my woolblends around the shoulders.

im usually less concerned about wearing polys in the rain simply because they are 'beater' suits, and they see a lot more use during the wetter and colder seasons as breathability of wool isn't much of a worry.
