Chinese people love to find any excuse to have a holiday and have excuses to "relax" (and also use for promotions it seems :P )
honestly, look at the number of Chinese public holidays then compare it to here. Chinese New Year is a week long holiday! And there's so many stupid holidays like teacher/student public holiday.

They should focus on actually delivering existing orders. 2 months later and they're telling me to keep waiting, today is the day I tell them to wait, for the chargeback
at least they refund the money i can say from my own experience. i waited 2 months, too.
Same here placed two orders on 8th sep and still not received.the tracking number says two weeks ago that item has arrived at destination country and still no sign of it.checked from banggood and they asked to wait more…previously I got the item in four week time Max.
I hope you paid with PayPal. I went through something similar and requested a refund through PayPal (gotta love buyer's protection). They happily engaged through that and issued the refund quickly.
I swear the prices of items applicable went up after the 11% promotion
